65% of workplace performance problems result from preventable strained communication between colleagues, clients or stakeholders. Understandably, focusing on enhancing workplace culture is often emphasized, especially when grappling with pressing needs such as organizational change. This interactive session is designed for participants to explore, reflect and reposition professional interactions so that they are no longer obstacles, but rather valuable and productive mutually beneficial meeting points to enhance workplace culture, effectively grapple with and thrive during times of change.

Presenter: Dr. Rob Hershorn
