Neil Kelly Board Member
Neil Kelly is an experienced leader with diversified, progressive work experience built on a solid educational foundation. His core strengths are adaptability to change, creativity, a positive attitude, the ability to get things done, and an open management style.
Neil and CWCC
Neil Kelly is currently the Director, Off-Dam Site and Project Controls, Risk and Services for the Site C Project at BC Hydro. He joined the Site C Project in 2018 and prior to that was the Director, Project, Program, and Portfolio Services for the Project Delivery business unit at BC Hydro, which he joined in 2010. Concurrent with these duties he was the Principal Lead for Project Management from 2016 to 2019 where he led the Project Management Practice. Outside of work he has been involved in two Boards of non-profit organizations. Since 2012 he has been on the Board of Hollyburn Family Services Society.
From 2006 to 2010 he was on the Board of the West Vancouver Family Place Society. He has also had the opportunity to be involved with PMI through presenting at several conferences, both locally and in the United States; participating in the PMO of the Year Evaluation Committee for several years, and serving as a subject matter expert reviewing presentations for the 2019 PMO Symposium.
Neil has a BSc, MBA, Project Management Professional, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant).
