Xinge(Alisa) Business Analyst, Finance
As a volunteer, Alisa has made incredible contributions at CWCC. Currently at CWCC, she serves as Business Analyst under Finance portfolio.
Alisa and CWCC
Alisa is a recent graduate from Simon Fraser University who is on a mission to broaden her skillset and try new things. “The first time I came into contact with project management, I knew this is the field I want to pursue as it kept amazed me with new possibilities.”
I participated in the PMAP program as a mentee to explore different possibilities and to learn from professionals in the industry and peers who are also passionate about project management. Through this program, I had the opportunity to volunteer as a business analyst under the finance and operations portfolio to configure a new system for all stakeholders, improve the reimbursement process, and identify opportunities to further take advantage of the system.

The PMIEF Scholarship and Award Program builds a better-prepared workforce with academic and professional development opportunities for emerging practitioners and nonprofit staff focusing on youth.
