About this session

Cyber Safety Culture: How Project Managers Can Make it Happen & Why Technology is Not Enough

Project Managers will play a key role in this mandatory cultural transformation by adopting and promoting Cyber Safety Culture components and concepts during project delivery. Join this discussion and learn how! It is clear that something is very wrong with our current approach to cybersecurity. Each year organizations worldwide are spending billions on high tech solutions, while the bad guys keep getting “badder” and richer. Why is this and what do we do about it? Clearly, technology alone is not the answer and a fundamental change in approach is required NOW.

Takeaways: (list takeaways to be learned from your presentation)

1. What is a Cyber Safety Culture?

2. Why is it Essential?

3. How Do Project Managers Make It Happen, both from an organizational and project perspective?
