Russell Hunter (Leadership Consultant) Russell brings over 20 years of leadership experience as a business executive, organizational development consultant and certified executive coach. His signature strength is helping leaders sustain high levels of performance in the face of ever-increasing pressure and rapid change. His science-based approach to full engagement is based on experience working with an array of world-class performers and organizations in sport, business, healthcare, education, and government. His recent clients include leaders at Vmware, Google, Microsoft, WestJet, Johnson & Johnson, Sage, SAP, Ballard, Nexen, University of Calgary, Vancouver Canucks, and the Canadian Olympic Committee.
