We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed EDI Specialist to join our team. As an EDI Specialist, you will lead efforts to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within our chapter's operations, programs, and membership.

The Director of Volunteer Engagement at PMI CWCC plays a crucial leadership role in shaping and driving the chapter's volunteer strategy. This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of volunteer activities, including recruitment, retention, recognition, and development of volunteers. The Director will ensure that the chapter’s volunteer program aligns with PMI’s global standards and the chapter’s mission, creating a positive and engaging environment for all volunteers.

This role requires a proactive leader who can strategically enhance volunteer experiences, ensuring that they are meaningful, rewarding, and beneficial to both the volunteers and the chapter.
