The volunteer will work on content update requests, new initiatives, ad hoc requests and continuously improving the PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter (CWCC) website. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Newsletter Copywriter to join our E-Blast/Newsletter Team at PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter. As a Newsletter Copywriter, you will be instrumental in creating compelling and engaging content for our email campaigns and newsletters, aiming to communicate the value of PMI membership, drive engagement, and foster a strong community among project management professionals.

The Member Retention Specialist is critical in developing and implementing strategies to reduce churn and increase member lifetime value. This position involves measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of retention efforts, monitoring and analyzing member retention through reports, gathering feedback and complaints from members, conducting surveys, drafting re-engagement plans, and leveraging various tactics to provide a better member experience, increase brand loyalty, and drive membership. The Member Retention Specialist also tracks member data, sets up communication calendars, automates responses to inquiries, and manages loyalty and education programs to delight and engage members.
