This presentation will explore through storytelling the 10 principles in which Jantelagen is based and how they can be applied to create a more participative and equal environment in project teams.



It will also explore why some people have rejected the concept of Jantelagen and how those arguments can be used to further the cause of a participative and levelled leadership in projects.
