Keynote Speakers Introduction: 

Katie Gillespie, PMP, is a Management Consulting Senior Principal specializing in Transformational Change and Training within Accenture’s T&O Practice. With over a decade of Transformational Change experience, Katie has delivered several large-scale Global ERP transformations for clients across industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, and Retail & Wholesale.  When she isn’t delivering large-scale Programs, she is busy evolving her skillsets and contributions to the development of Change best practices and trusted delivery methods.  She’s married, and in her spare time enjoys travelling, golfing, and spending time in the interior of British Columbia with her husband, friends, and family.

 

Jessica S. McIntosh has over 15 years of extensive experience in Transformational Change Management for complex Business Programs. She brings deep change management experience and leadership skills, and has managed and lead enterprise-wide, business readiness projects for large-scale system implementations as well as business transformation initiatives. She has also been responsible for developing change strategies, cultural transformations and deploying complex change management programs and strategies across a variety of industries, primarily for our clients in Government and public sector. Jessica has done a variety of org design work, working with leadership to understand their vision for their organization, creating organizational structures that will be successful and sustainable, partnering with HR on the transformation, and working with front line managers to ensure they are set up for success in leading the change amongst their teams.
