PMI CWCC is hosting Region 1 conference in April 2020, welcoming attendees from 15 other chapters in PMI Region 1. We are expecting around 150 attendees and we are excited to be hosting this leadership conference!

We are looking for a volunteer with a marketing background to join the Project Team and work on the below activities for the conference between now and April 2020.

Sponsorship:

• Connect with confirmed sponsors to work out details
• Research and reach out to potential sponsors

Swag bag for conference attendees:

• Work with budget to decide what to put in our swag bag for conference attendees, aim to put in some “Vancouver” themed items

We hope that you are:

• A self-starter and love to talk to a wide range of people
• Self-motivated and organized

Commitment

• An average of 2 hours per week
• Must be a Member in good standing in the CWCC PMI Chapter
