Power Skills

Event Description

Collaborative Project Delivery is on the rise in Canada, with ever more Alliance Model and Integrated Project Delivery projects launching every month. As collaborative contracts find their way into the mainstream, next-generation Project Managers are asking themselves how they need to evolve their toolkit to help their teams rise to the occasion.

In this highly experiential dinner session, we will shed light on the role Project Managers play in helping teams perform at their collaborative best, delivering better results for the organizations and communities they serve.
