Shravan Poreddy

Director of Conference Programming & Speaker Engagement @ PMI-CWCC

About

Shravan is a dedicated project manager at Vancouver Airport Authority, where he leads the quality assurance and deployment of BorderXpress biometric kiosks across major Canadian and international airports. Since 2016, he has played a key role in delivering secure and seamless passenger processing systems in collaboration with CBSA, RCMP, and airport partners.
Through hands-on project experience and active participation in industry forums and workshops, Shravan is building a strong understanding of digital product management, cultural transformation, and the human side of technological change—skills increasingly vital in today’s evolving project landscape.

Prior to joining YVR, Shravan contributed to one of British Columbia’s largest digital transformation initiatives at ICBC, supporting enterprise modernization through quality assurance, systems integration, and end-to-end testing. As director of programs at PMICWCC, he supports the design and delivery of engaging, high-impact professional events through in-person and virtual events that connect and empower the project management community, with the help of building a strong internal team that uses communication and collaboration as pillars of success.

He sees purpose-driven leadership and meaningful social impact as essential expressions of professional responsibility and personal integrity. Whether through orchestrating technology deployments at YVR that enhance accessibility and border efficiency, or championing community engagement and knowledge sharing at PMICWCC, Shravan brings a strong sense of service, inclusion, and long-term value to every initiative he supports.

In his free time, Shravan enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and diving into books that expand his perspectives on leadership, culture, and innovation.
