Prathamesh Phule is a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng., EGBC) and PMP-certified project manager with over eight years of experience leading product development and manufacturing engineering projects across the automotive, aerospace and energy sectors. He spent six-plus years as a Project Manager at LTP Solutions, where he designed and delivered automated production equipment and special-purpose machines for clients operating under FDA, OSHA and ISO 9001:2015 standards, driving measurable gains in efficiency, productivity and cost.
Now based in Burnaby, BC, Prathamesh is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Smart Manufacturing Systems at Simon Fraser University, with coursework in robotics, machine vision, industrial IoT and manufacturing data analytics. Alongside his studies, he serves as an Organizer with Unite Here Local 40, supporting member engagement and outreach across BC.
Outside of work and studies, Prathamesh enjoys spending time in nature - hiking BC's trails, exploring the outdoors and recharging in the mountains and forests that drew him to the West Coast.
