Refund Policy for the CWCC Events

For Annual Conference 

  • If the attendee requests a refund 30 days before the event, we offer a 100% refund.

For Speaking Events (with PDUs) - In-Person or Online

  • If the attendee requests a refund 3 days before the event, we offer a 100% refund.

For Activities or Networking Events (without PDUs) - In-Person

  • If the attendee requests a refund 3 days before the event, we offer a 100% refund.

For Activities or Networking Events (without PDUs) - Online

  • If the attendee requests a refund 1 day before the event, we offer a 100% refund.

For Rescheduled Events

  • We offer a 100% refund.
