Do you want to have a say in shaping the PMI CWCC activities? Want to help make your membership experience even better? You can do so by participating in a 5 - 7 minute member engagement survey in April. You will be receiving an email with the link to the survey on April 4, 2016. PMI CWCC will be hosting an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to elect the Board Member for VP Membership. This meeting will take place immediately following the Mar 16th Monthly Dinner Event. All CWCC members in good standing on that date are invited. You do not have to attend the Monthly Dinner Event to participate in the EGM.

During the recent FY 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) a new Board of Directors was formed. The PMI-Canadian West Coast Chapter is led by eleven members elected by the members by universal vote for a term of two years. During the AGM we saw the addition of three new Board members, and acknowledged the retiring of four Board members.

Although we didn't host a conference in 2015, we are currently working hard to put together the best CWCC Annual Project Management Conference ever! With two days of professional development and a chance to earn more PDUs.

The Project Management Apprenticeship Program (PMAP) selects and supports the careers of PM-focused, senior undergrad students from local universities.

We're on the hunt for some engaged PMs to act as mentors for these driven students for a couple hours a month - if you're interested, please contact Qaid Jivan, Director Apprenticeship Programs.
