About this session

Lean is one of the most popular process optimization methodologies that has been successfully used by many organizations across multiple industries to generate break through level process improvements for over 3 decades.

Lean tools and techniques are simple to understand and can be applied cost-effectively to a wide variety of business contexts including Waterfall and Agile project management.

By taking a customer centric value driven approach to process optimization, Lean strives to remove non-value added activities from business processes.

This presentation will explore how Lean tools and techniques can be leveraged to enhance project execution across multiple areas in both Waterfall and Agile project management environments including PMOs.

An interactive exercise aimed at giving the audience a chance to experience the benefits of applying Lean in a project management context will also be featured.

Using Lean Six Sigma's structured approach, Clent has deployed high yielding projects across multiple industries.
