About this session

Human First: Learning, Leading & Creating

There’s no doubt that human-centered methodologies and design thinking practices are now considered table stakes for creating products, services and experiences that matter and result in meaningful commercial success. But what does it look like to go deeper into all aspects of ‘human’ as it relates to physiological and psychological factors as well as societal macro trends. Furthermore, what is required in terms of company culture, training of individuals and the end to end process of creation in order to truly ensure a ubiquitous ‘human first’ mindset that can become a tremendous competitive advantage.

Takeaways

1) Leadership development of ‘whole’ individuals

2) Team development with a bias for leveraging diversity, resilience and ambiguity

3) Human first vs human-centered approach as a new competitive advantage
