Meet the Speakers
Rebecca Lippert
Rebecca Lippert, Ed.D., PMP, is Manager of PMI’s Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC). With over 18 years of experience in higher education leadership, Rebecca has expertise in strategic planning, accreditation, and enrollment management. She also has significant experience as a volunteer accreditation peer evaluator, conducting reviews of academic programs. Rebecca holds an Ed.D. in Leadership in Higher Education and a PMP certification.
Robert Harris
Dr. Robert O. Harris, PMP, is an academic and organizational development expert with a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University. He also holds a Master of Science in Marketing Communication from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University. A certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Global Coach, he has additional certifications in Organization Transformation and Agile methodologies. As Program Director and Assistant Professor at Lewis University, Dr. Harris has expanded the M.S. Project Management Program from 10 to 75 students, designed ten courses, and maintained Global Accreditation Center (GAC) membership in good standing. He also advises student organizations and contributes to faculty governance, fostering educational excellence and organizational growth.
