About the Speaker

A proactive, highly motivated, and confident professional with extensive experience spanning project management, human resources, and operations across complex and fast-paced environments. His career includes senior leadership roles within the Canadian Armed Forces, where he served as a highly regarded senior officer, as well as leadership roles across government, manufacturing, retail, Indigenous organizations, education, remote operations, and service sectors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Royal Military College of Canada and has completed advanced training in strategic leadership, business management, and project management.

An experienced and engaging presenter, he has delivered large-scale speaking engagements during his military career and facilitated professional workshops for Chartered Professionals in Human Resources BC and Yukon, bringing practical insight, credibility, and real-world perspective to every session.
