The calendar year to earn PDUs is between July to June and there are two ways to earn your PDUs: There is a tracking sheet included at the end of this document to track rolls on an annual basis. This tracking sheet must be signed by the VP of Education or the Club president prior to claiming PDU’s for Auditing purposes.

Attending PMI Vancouver Toastmaster meetings regularly and taking on specific roles and performing speeches

**One can claim these activities for 1 PDU each, up to twice per Toastmasters Calendar year for a total of 30 PDUs in a CCR cycle.

AND/OR

Being part of the PMI Vancouver Toastmasters Executive Team for 12 months of continuous participation up to 5 PDUs in a Toastmaster's calendar year.

Qualifying Meeting Role Activities: Category Informal Learning (1 PDU for each Activity):

Claiming PDUs for a Meeting Role:

1. Go to https://ccrs.pmi.org/

2. Log in (top right hand corner)

3. Go to "Report Professional Development Units" (left navigation bar)

4. Input Category (chose category: Informal Learning)

5. Begin to fill out the boxes as indicated below:

Enter PDU’s for claim based on the following table:
Each activity can only be claimed twice per year to earn 1 PDU for a total of 30 PDUs/CCR cycle and the roles must be performed only at the PMI Vancouver Toastmasters meeting, Each activity can only be claimed twice per Toastmaster’s Calendar year.

For auditing purposes, all activities claimed must be recorded on the individual members PMI Vancouver Toastmasters - PDU Tracking Sheet and be signed off by one of the Executive Team who holds a PMP designation.

To complete the process input the number of PDUs that you will be claiming. Choose "Next" and check off the box "I agree this claim is accurate" then submit.

Serving on the PMI Vancouver Toastmasters Club Executive Team (as identified according to PMI's requirements): Category: Volunteering

• Minimum twelve (12) months of participation: 5 PDUs per calendar year
