Mentoring is a process in which successful individuals (mentors) help others (protégées) to establish goals and develop the skills needed to reach these goals. Mentoring can help you acquire new skills, increase confidence, widen your perspective, avoid errors, enhance your career and life, and help you succeed.

The PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter (CWCC) has been proud to offer the Mentorship program to its members each year since inception in 2008.  The program is designed to provide protégés guidance and advice on moving their career to the next level, and is also an opportunity for mentors to coach others as a way of giving back to the project management community.

There are multiple intakes per year.  Timing of intakes are roughly planned for January, April, July, and October but will vary depending on interest and availability of participants.
