Carina Baldwin is a transformation leader who drives execution with a value-realization focus, ensuring that the organization's critical initiatives have the best plan, the right coaching and players needed to be successful. She is devoted to aligning teams with the organization’s vision and goals and getting people excited about executing value.



She brings 13+ years of agile delivery. She works closely with the leadership team/C-suite to develop and implement strategies and initiatives while providing an effective, value-add agile model encompassing all software development lifecycle facets.



She has successfully launched an Agile SAFe structure encompassing 20+ product development teams and have seen an outstanding increase in output year over year.



She is passionate about collaborating with teams to solve complex problems that grow and develop individuals. She cares deeply about the people she works with and focuses on creating an environment of trust and continuous improvement where everyone involved is engaged in the process and results.



She holds a bachelor's in Economics and has collected many designations along her career, including PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CPO, SA, RTE, SAFe DevOps, Prosci Change Practitioner and counting!

Michelle Zelaya is Change Leader and human champion. People first is the core of who Michelle Zelaya is, and what drives how she supports organizations, professional development and leads change implementations.

Her approach and execution of transformational change are influenced by her experience in HR, Business Analysis and Change Management.

Currently, she is part of PNI’s Transformation Office, as the Change Management and Adoption Manager. Daily, she focuses on building and coaching managers and change champions through applying change management (CM) frameworks and best practices with intent. She is driven by helping leaders realize their value by focusing on CM as a process that starts and supports change one individual at a time.

The change process has different speeds throughout its journey, and Michelle has experience in changing gears at the right time. She knows when to invite people in and when to take a step back, analyze and move with focused action, and when a quick response is a key to getting buy-in.

Her knowledge has been built over the past 10+ years of working with complex digital transformation projects, process reengineering initiatives, and cultural changes in software development and regulatory sectors.

Michelle is passionate about inclusion, driving adoption and realizing the use of solutions with collaborative teams.
