Nicholas Wong is a practicing Agile Coach, Agile Consultant, Professional Life and Career Coach as well as an Agile Trainer.

Nicholas started his career in engineering, finding new and known ways to solve for problems is a recurring theme for him. After some years in technical disciplines, he switched over to be an agile practitioner while continuing to problem solve for culture, people and the enterprise.

His mission is to improve lives with people and outcomes.

His experience covers public and private sectors and is based out of New Zealand. He believes strongly that good theory deserves good practice. He is a certified instructor and consultant in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Certified Instructor and an Accredited Kanban Trainer. His other certifications include Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership, ICAgile Certified Coach and a Professional Scrum Master.
