Aditya Jaykumar (AJ) is a certified Breathwork instructor. He uses ancient breathwork practices to help professionals calm their mind, reduce stress and relax their nervous system. His practices are backed by science and evidence, and he enjoys talking about the why behind Breathwork. He is also host and founder of the podcast My Seven Chakras, which has received over 4.4 million downloads in over 150 countries.

After completing a full time MBA at the University of British Columbia, he realized that he didn't want to take the traditional route, but instead embark on an entrepreneurial journey based on helping modern people access ancient wisdom.
