Paulo-Camargo.jpg Paulo Camargo is currently a Portfolio, Program and Project Management Consultant for The City of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta. He has worked in PMO and Project Management best practices for organizations such as Nirico Systems, ATCO Structures & Logistics, ATCO Power, TransAlta, City of Calgary, Siemens, Electrolux, Nortel Network, and BellSouth International.
As volunteer, Paulo is Past President of 2 PMI Chapters: Southern Alberta Chapter and Pernambuco, Brazil Chapter. Currently responsible for training NGOs on Project Management. He is also Chief Alliance Office for the PMO Global Alliance – Non for profit organization responsible to connect PMO managers from all over the world to capture and share best practices.

He has received his BSc in Electrical Engineering from Federal University of Parana/Brazil and is a certified trainer for Canada for Project Model Canvas and holds a PMO Value Ring Certified Practitioner certificates.

The methodology support the creation, review and operation of a PMO, with focus on real value generation for your organization
Offers Recommendations and guidance for PMO configuration from successful real world experiences and from organizations similar to yours

  6. Evaluate the maturity and plan for the PMO evolution
  7. Calculate the ROI of your PMO
  8. Monitor and present the value generated by the PMO
