Description:
Were you assigned to a new project and don't know where to start?
You are a junior or a seasoned Project Manager searching for new ways to engage your project team?
The Project Model Canvas tool is used for planning or kick off sessions to engage stakeholders and capture expectations.
In this methodology, the Project Manager will act as a facilitator to collect stakeholders expectations and create the project charter.
This tool can also support the transition from the traditional Project Management to a more Agile approach with manageable impact in team members.
