PDUs: 1.5 Ways of Working
Event description
Welcome to our first virtual World Café event jointly hosted by the ACMP Vancouver Chapter and PMI West Coast Chapter, where we explore the worlds of project management (the technical side of change) and change management (the people side of change) and how they can integrate to get project results. On today’s projects, both of these practices are essential to not only deliver results on time, on budget, and on scope but also to ensure that the people are equipped and enabled to engage to support and adopt the changes.
Through thoughtful inquiry and interactive discussions, we will learn about the intersections of these disciplines and uncover strategies for elevating both project and change management practices to better achieve our project goals.
