PDUs: 2 Power Skills

Event description

In this dialogue, we will explore the question of ‘what are power skills, and how can project managers lead for the future of work with these skills’? We will explore how project professionals can transform the way they lead by leaning into power skills referenced in PMI’s Pulse of the Profession 2023 report in order to deliver more value, work smarter and align with shifts happening in the workplace.

Participants will leave the session with a better understanding of how to lead for the future of work, and with a personal action plan of what they can do to develop their own leadership practice.
